Processing and delivery times
All our garments are handcrafted, which means that each order requires care and attention before being shipped.
Order fulfillment times average 4-6 business days from payment confirmation.
Delivery in Italy is via GLS courier within 1-3 business days of shipment.
Shipping costs
In Italy, shipping is free for all orders.
For international orders, the rate is automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the destination.
Order tracking
Once the order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery in real time.

Please ensure that the address provided is correct and complete: any delays or additional costs due to input errors are not attributable to Gino Lopez.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.
Conditions for return

Garments must be returned unworn, unwashed, and complete with tags and original packaging.

Returns of personalized or custom-made garments are not accepted, except for defects of conformity.

Shipping costs for returns in Italy are borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect garments.
Return procedure

Send a return request to contact@ginolopez.com, indicating the order number and reason for return.

You will receive instructions for return and the address to send the package.

Once the garment is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or incorrect products
In case of receiving a defective garment or one that does not conform to the order, return shipping costs will be entirely at our expense.
